How to automate automatic backup

Excuse the inaccuracy of this writing: I use an online translator
I wanted to know if it is possible to establish a daily time to backup completely automatically from the program and every day, so that I do not have to remember to do this in manual mode.

You would need to use the Windows Task scheduler (or your other OS's equivalent) for that.

Unfortunately the excellent guide that you kindly sent me is in English, I am not very experienced in computers and I get lost easily. I see to make do in manual mode, helping me with the google calendar. Thanks all the same
