Hello =)

When I use Mirror Mode for a sync it doesn't really work the way I want it to.

If I create a folder in the target folder and sync, the folder won't delete. So the two folders aren't really the same.

Is there a workaround?

Your configuration isn't correct. Mirror mode will delete folders in the target if they do not exist in the source

I Will try like this :

Source : C:\Users\Charlie\Documents\Divers
Target : D:\Divers

I create a folder in D:\Divers\Example

So when i sync, the folder Example in D: cannot be removed

Post a picture of your locations in the FFS window.
Run a compare only. If the 'example' folder isn't showing up, I am betting your locations aren't correct.

ok i have understand.

I was synchronizing directly, not comparing. If I compare and then synchronize, the folder is deleted and the mirror mode works. Now I'll compare before synchronizing.

Thanks for your help.

Yes, we've seen this before. If a compare is ran, then data is manipulated, and then a sync is ran, that data manipulation won't be accounted for. Running a comparison queues up a list of actions, but then that's it
