first im a donater and i like this product a lot, as synctoy made problems and i didnt find any better? software.

but this is really a bummer? i like to always synchronize my internal hdds to my external hdds but i wondered myself:

internal Hdds 2x 3TB = 6 TB
external Hdd 1x 8 TB

i synchronize E: and F: to H: (with subfolders E: & F:)

but suddenly FFS says NOT ENOUGH SPACE, what?

check out this when i opened the characteristics of the internal HDD F: and the backups with FFS on H:
(i only checked of one subfolder)

(i may not post a pic :( )

E:
space of files: 653 GB
space on datadisc: 655 GB

H: (backup)
space of files: 653 GB
space on datadisc: 1,37 TB (<------------- WHY?!??)

as you see the same folders & file numbers but the capacity is more on H: ? why? how can this be.

Probably the 8 TB HD has been formatted using a bigger cluster (allocation unit) size.
