Re: FreeFileSync: Disk Corruption Occurring on Compare
Ever since upgrading to v11 To be clear the, the issue never happened with versions prior to 11? And if you revert to an earlier version, it continues to work correctly? Compare, for the most part, would be a read-only operation (with some ancillary writes of lock files...), is that correct? I have...

Re: FreeFileSync rescans target folder every time
As it is FFS has to monitor both the source & destination. So why not just monitor the source? If date/time (or archive bit) is sufficient, just check for dates > a particular date (or files with archive bit set). If date > last_update, COPY files to destination And have that run periodically, o...

In the Sync settings
set it to Custom, & only enable the
'Item exists on the left side only'
& set its' action to be
'Copy new item to the right'.
(I think that will do it.)

It appears that FFS is following the OS settings?
What language settings do you have your OS set to?
What language are you using in FFS?

I'd love to see a function to reduce speed of copying in FFS. Connect to a USB-2 port ;-). What type of enclosure? Are you using the same enclosure for all 3 drives? Temperatures would be nice to know. High temperatures, but below thresholds, should be fine (just high). Likewise, SMART data. I'm ag...

As a start, both files appear to play correctly? Windows? MediaInfo (ZIP version might be the better choice). Compare the output against both files. Have you verified the verification ;-) ? As in have you run a hash check on two files that have failed verification to confirm the failure? And then, have you physically compared the two files (with a file comparison program) to get a feel for just how extensive the differences might be? If verifica...

Maybe something here?
And thinking you'll need to understand the nuances of what is being said.
What effect does "run with highest priviledges" in task scheduler have on powershell scripts?
