Two way sync on Windows via NAS

Mapped network drive, hosted on a NAS device (and therefore its file system is I think ext4, certainly Linux based). Windows accessing by mapped drive letter Z: Use of NAS predates free file sync installation and is the "live copy". This cannot be changed easily as some other software configured for drive letter Z.
Using free file sync to sync between Z: and a local copy on the PC Y:\Dropbox
Dropbox then uploading to the dropbox cloud.
Sometimes, work done at a second location, using dropbox to sync accross locations. Hence, two-way sync set in FFS between Z: and Y:\Dropbox. Always sync enabled.
Problem is, having moved Folder-C from Z:\Folder-A\ to Z:\Folder-B\ I think it is recreating the copy in Z:\Folder-A\ from Y:\Dropbox\Folder-A so we have four copies, two in Z and two in Y:\Dropbox.

I don't think it is the fault of dropbox but the fault of FFS.

Any suggestions please?

I can't follow your question, makes my head hurt :-).
But, if it helps to know, I am syncing a Folder on a NAS (Source/Left) to a Win7 PC (Destination/Right).
I DO NOT use a mapped drive, but Browse/select directly to the NAS Folder.
I also do the same at another location but he NAS syncs to a USB Drive on a Wn7 PC.
At both I am using Mirror so Right is kept as a Mirror copy of Left
I am having no problems with these 2 configurations.
I do use the "Donation" version of FFS, the developer(s) deserves to be paid.
